As you all now,,, how often do you use the formal dining room? Great form and fuction at a fraction of the original cost.Even if you decide to redo the chairs, the frames are well worth it. Chairs are 3 years old and rarly used.Solid hardwood and No cracked frames!!!! Major renovation going on and I got to get rid of things to make space for the flooring contractors.
